CHICHESTER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES
JANUARY 25, 2006
Members Present: Edward Meehan, Chairman; Stephen MacCleery, Ex-Offico; Jeff Jordan; David Dobson; Ben Brown.
The board received correspondence from town council that the Merrimack County Superior Court had reversed the ZBA’s decision against Malachy Glen Associates, Inc. for an area variance pertaining to his self-storage facility to be located on Map 4 Lot 168A, which was denied on May 4, 2005.
The Town has 30 days from January 19, 2006 to file an appeal with the NH Supreme Court if the Town would like to pursue that option. The board will review town council’s suggestions and Ed will contact Matthew Serge before the 19th to discuss its options.
